Do not guarantee specific educational, behavioral, or legal outcomes
Families remain responsible for all decisions regarding educational placement, services, and care.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Submit records and documents in a timely manner

Participate respectfully in meetings and communications

Notify us promptly of scheduling conflicts
Failure to do so may impact service delivery.
Scheduling & Availability

Services are provided by appointment only.

Availability is not guaranteed and may change.

Meeting attendance requires advance notice whenever possible.
Payments & Fees

Payment is due prior to or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Package services must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change with notice.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule sessions.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session or charged in full.

Missed sessions are non-refundable.
Refund Policy

Unused sessions are non-transferable and have no cash value.
