Special Education Advocacy services
Educational consultation services
Positive Behavior Support Services (PBSS)
Related educational support services

All services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute legal, medical, or psychological treatment.

No Legal or Medical Advice

Our services:

Do not constitute legal representation or legal advice
Do not replace licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic services
Do not guarantee specific educational, behavioral, or legal outcomes

Families remain responsible for all decisions regarding educational placement, services, and care.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Submit records and documents in a timely manner
Participate respectfully in meetings and communications
Notify us promptly of scheduling conflicts

Failure to do so may impact service delivery.

Scheduling & Availability

Services are provided by appointment only.
Availability is not guaranteed and may change.
Meeting attendance requires advance notice whenever possible.

Payments & Fees

Payment is due prior to or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Package services must be paid in full at time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change with notice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule sessions.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session or charged in full.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement:

Services and packages are non-refundable once initiated.
Unused sessions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information and educational records as confidential and will not disclose information without written consent, except as required by law.
