Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 11, 2026

At IMPACT for All, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality professional services while maintaining fair and transparent business practices. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing services.

General Policy

Due to the nature of professional services, time reservation, preparation, and individualized work, all services and service packages are non-refundable once services have begun.

Service Packages (Including Advocacy Packages)

For multi-session packages (including Special Education Advocacy packages):

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Packages are non-refundable after the initial consultation or first session has occurred.

  • Unused sessions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Packages must be used within the timeframe stated in the service agreement or package description.

Individual Sessions

For individual consultation, advocacy, or behavior support sessions:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

School Meeting Attendance

Fees related to school meeting attendance:

  • Are non-refundable once preparation has begun or the meeting date has been reserved.

  • If a meeting is cancelled by the school, one reschedule may be offered subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances (such as serious illness or emergencies) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

No Guarantees of Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with school decisions, eligibility outcomes, service determinations, or implementation by third parties (including school districts).

Payment Disputes

Any billing concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge date.
